Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026. These terms govern use of the Pro Model Photos website and inquiry/booking services, operated within the Kline IT Solutions technology ecosystem.

1. Services

Pro Model Photos provides FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone photography, videography, inspection, and mapping services. Quotes, schedules, and deliverables are confirmed per-project in writing. Flight operations remain subject to airspace authorization, weather minimums, and pilot safety discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

Quote requests submitted via the booking form route to [email protected]. A mission is scheduled only upon written confirmation and any required deposit. Rescheduling due to weather or airspace denial incurs no penalty; client-cancelled missions inside 48 hours may incur a mobilization fee.

3. Intellectual Property

Site content, galleries, and branding are owned by Pro Model Photos / Kline IT Solutions. Client deliverables transfer per the project agreement; portfolio display rights are retained unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false inquiries, or interfere with site operation or flight safety communications.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Model Photos disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use.

6. Master Platform

Enterprise IT, cloud storage, and media portal services are provided by Kline IT Solutions under separate terms.
